Participation is simple and entirely online on EquatePlus, our administration platform. Decide how many share packages you want to buy, and then submit your declaration of acceptance. That’s it.

Logging in to EquatePlus

You received your personal user ID for EquatePlus directly from Equatex via email or letter. When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to enter your date of birth and your email address. A password will be created automatically and will be sent to your business email address.

If you do not have a business email address, the user ID and password will be sent to you by mail.

When you log in for the first time, you will be guided through some consent forms and tax questionnaires.

How to purchase shares

After login, please decide how many share packages you would like to buy.

Last but not least, submit the declaration of acceptance. That’s it!

How to pay for the shares

The total amount due for the purchase of your share packages is withheld from your net income - you don't have to do anything. The amount due will be distributed on six payroll cycles.

If you are located in Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oregon, or West Virginia you need to actively pay the purchase price by [November 30, 2019]. Your local HR department will make sure you have all the necessary information in due time.

Forgot your user ID or password?

Request your user ID by clicking on the link "Forgot User ID?" at www.equateplus.com. After successful identification, EquatePlus will send the User ID again by e-mail or letter. User ID queries can also be addressed by the Equatex Contact Center at +1 855-983-5230.

If you lost your password, enter your user ID at www.equateplus.com. On the next page, click on "Forgot Password?". Instructions on retrieving the password are then shown. A letter with a new password will be sent to your home address.
